Privacy Policy

PRIVACY POLICY

§ 1. General provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal
    data of persons using the website available at
    animaediamonds.com (hereinafter: the “Website”).
  2. The controller of personal data is Dominika Wojciechowska MOSS, with its registered office at ul. Międzyborska 47 lok. 18, 04-038 Warsaw, NIP: 1132608006, e-mail: info@animaediamonds.com (hereinafter:
    the “Controller”).
  3. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
    Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Act of
    10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

§ 2. Scope and purposes of data processing
The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
a) handling enquiries from the contact form – within the scope of: first name, e-mail address,
telephone number, message content;
b) arranging and handling meetings booked via the Calendly tool –
within the scope of: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number;
c) conducting correspondence and responding to enquiries;
d) ensuring the proper functioning of the Website (technical data, cookies).

§ 3. Legal bases for processing
Data is processed on the basis of:
a) Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering
into a contract (handling enquiries and bookings);
b) Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Controller
(responding to enquiries, handling correspondence, Website security);
c) Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (cookies other than necessary ones).

§ 4. Data retention period

  1. Data from enquiries and correspondence is stored for the period necessary to
    provide a response and 12 months from the last contact.
  2. Data relating to concluded contracts is stored for the period required
    by law (tax and accounting regulations).

§ 5. Data recipients

  1. Data may be transferred to entities processing it on behalf of the
    Controller, including:
    a) hosting providers – HashMagnet;
    b) providers of the meeting booking tool – Calendly LLC;
    c) e-mail service providers;
    d) providers of the cookie consent management tool – Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S).
  2. Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic
    Area – in such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of standard contractual
    clauses or other mechanisms compliant with the GDPR.

§ 6. Rights of data subjects

  1. You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction
    of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any
    time.
  2. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
    (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

§ 7. Cookies

  1. The Website uses cookies – small text files saved on the
    user’s device.
  2. The Website uses:
    a) necessary cookies – required for the proper functioning of the Website;
    b) functional and third-party cookies – including those related to the embedded
    Calendly tool.
  3. The user manages consents via the banner displayed on the first visit
    and in their browser settings.
  4. The Website does not use analytical or marketing tools
    (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

§ 8. Final provisions

  1. The Controller reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy. The current
    version is effective from 24 July 2026.
  2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
